What we collect
- If you sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile picture, which Google shares with us when you agree on the Google sign-in screen. We do not receive your Google password and we do not access your Gmail, Drive, contacts or anything else.
- If you send a request (a class, a free trial or the waiting list): the name, email, WhatsApp number, level, preferred times and notes you type into the form.
- If you buy something: the item, the price and the name and email you give. Payment itself is handled by PayPal; we never see or store your card or bank details.
- Study records: which lessons you open and, when you are signed in, your progress, so you can continue on another device.
- On your own device: the site keeps settings and progress in your browser's local storage. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
Why we use it
Only to run your lessons: to create your account, to answer your requests, to arrange classes, to deliver what you bought and to show your study progress. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with anyone except the services below that run the site.
Services that process data for us
- Supabase — database and sign-in (servers in Seoul, Korea).
- Google — the "Sign in with Google" service.
- Cloudflare — hosting of this website.
- PayPal — payments.
How long we keep it
As long as you have an account or an open request. Requests and study records are deleted on request, and an account is deleted with all its data when you ask us to.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Message us on WhatsApp: +82 10-3402-3358. You can also remove haru Korean's access from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Children
Accounts are for adults. Parents in our Korean for Moms course use their own account.

모으는 정보
- 구글로 로그인하면 구글 동의 화면에서 허락하신 이름, 이메일, 프로필 사진만 받습니다. 구글 비밀번호는 받지 않고, 메일·드라이브·연락처에도 접근하지 않습니다.
- 수업·체험·대기 신청을 하면 양식에 적으신 이름, 이메일, WhatsApp 번호, 레벨, 원하는 시간, 메모를 받습니다.
- 구매하면 상품, 가격, 적으신 이름과 이메일을 받습니다. 결제는 PayPal이 처리하며 카드·계좌 정보는 저희가 보거나 저장하지 않습니다.
- 학습 기록: 연 과와, 로그인했을 때의 진도를 저장해 다른 기기에서도 이어 공부할 수 있게 합니다.
- 기기 안의 정보: 설정과 진도를 브라우저 저장소에 둡니다. 브라우저 설정에서 언제든 지울 수 있습니다.
쓰는 곳
계정 만들기, 신청 답변, 수업 안내, 구매한 자료 전달, 학습 진도 표시에만 씁니다. 개인정보를 팔거나 광고에 쓰지 않으며, 사이트 운영에 필요한 아래 서비스 말고는 누구와도 나누지 않습니다.

보관 기간
계정이나 신청이 있는 동안 보관하고, 요청하시면 신청·학습 기록과 계정을 모든 정보와 함께 지웁니다.
열람·수정·삭제 요청
WhatsApp +82 10-3402-3358으로 알려 주세요. 구글 계정의 myaccount.google.com/permissions에서 haru Korean의 접근 권한을 직접 끊을 수도 있습니다.
