What it means
V-기 쉽다 from Lesson 2B-4 has a second meaning, 'likely to end up …': 감기에 걸리기 쉬워요 'you can easily catch a cold'. V-기 십상이다 is stronger — it is almost certain to happen: 1교시를 넣으면 늦잠 자기 십상이에요. Add -기(가) 쉽다 or -기 십상이다 to a verb; -기 does not change with 받침. Both are used for things that go wrong, usually after a condition with -(으)면: 급하게 신청하면 실수하기 쉬워요.
