왜 늦었어요? — Why were you late? — giving reasons. Lesson 4 of Level 1B in the haru Korean regular course.
What you will be able to do
- Give a reason with -아서/어서: 버스가 안 와서 늦었어요. 방이 시끄러워서 못 잤어요.
- Say two actions in order with -아서/어서: 아침에 일어나서 샤워해요. 도서관에 가서 공부해요.
- Say when something starts and ends with 부터 … 까지: 수업은 아홉 시부터 한 시까지예요.
- Give advice or make a suggestion with a reason (-(으)니까), and say sorry for being late: 늦었으니까 택시를 부를까요? · 늦어서 죄송합니다.
