What you will be able to do
- Check news you heard earlier with -다면서요? — verbs, adjectives and nouns: 내일 눈이 많이 온다면서요? · 기차표가 다 매진이라면서요?
- Keep a conversation going with one more question, -고요? or N은/는요?: 부모님도 건강하시고요? · 그래서 결과는요?
- Imagine a different past and say what would have happened, with -았/었더라면: 새벽에 출발했더라면 길이 덜 막혔을 텐데요.
- Tell someone what to do when something happens, with -거든: 도착하거든 꼭 연락해요. · 시간이 있거든 같이 가요.
