A/V-(으)면 몰라도 — unless … — maybe in that one case, but otherwise no

Unless … — maybe in that one case, but otherwise no. Korean grammar for advanced learners — Level 5B, lesson 6: 알바와 노동권 (Part-time work and your rights — a work permit, a contract, the weekly holiday allowance, and wages that never came).

What it means

A/V-(으)면 몰라도 means 'in that case it might be all right, but otherwise no': 허가를 받았으면 몰라도 허가 없이는 안 돼요. Add -(으)면 몰라도 to verbs and adjectives; use -았/었으면 몰라도 when the condition should already have happened, and N(이)면 몰라도 with nouns. The second half is a no: 안 되다 · 어렵다 · 할 수 없다. It is also a soft way to refuse a request: 야간 수당을 주시면 몰라도 밤늦게까지는 좀 어려워요.
