What it means
The language of living on your own. The flat (5B-4): 설마 -(으)려고요? doubts a plan, -기가 바쁘게 'no sooner than', -는걸요 pushes back gently with a fact, -네 is the casual 'oh!'. Money (5B-5): -는 가운데 (amid — news and formal thanks), -(으)ㄹ 테지만 (probably …, but), N은/는 물론이거니와 (not to mention), N이자 N (both). Work (5B-6): -(으)ㄹ 테다 (a fierce 'I will'), -(으)면 몰라도 (unless — and otherwise no), N을/를 계기로 (what set the change off).
Forms

|---|---|---|
| A/V-(으)려고(요)?
