What you will be able to do

Correct a word softly and disagree without a flat 'no' with -다기보다(는): 온라인 수업이 나쁘다기보다는 저한테 잘 안 맞았어요. · 반대한다기보다는 걱정이 하나 있어요. · 그건 반대 의견이라기보다는 질문이에요.
Give the source of what you report with N에 의하면, and name who did it with N에 의해(서): 학생회 조사에 의하면 찬성하는 학생과 반대하는 학생이 비슷하대요. · 대회 규칙은 학생회에 의해 정해졌습니다.
Set a condition that has to keep holding with -는 한 · -지 않는 한: 인터넷이 있는 한 어디에서든 공부할 수 있어요. · 특별한 일이 없는 한 대회는 4월 27일에 합니다.
Say that something went against what you expected with -고도, and use the phrases of a debate — (으)로부터 and 설마 -겠어요?: 두 시간이나 회의를 하고도 아무것도 못 정했어요. · 학생회로부터 받은 자료에 의하면 …. · 설마 모든 학생이 집에서만 공부하겠어요?

A-다기보다(는) · V-ㄴ/는다기보다(는) · N(이)라기보다(는) — not so much … as … — correcting a word, and disagreeing softly
N에 의하면 · N에 의해(서) · N에 의한 N — according to … · by … — giving a source, and naming who did it
V-는 한 · -지 않는 한 · N인 한 — as long as … · unless … — a condition that has to keep holding
A/V-고도 — even though … · and still … — when what happened goes against what you'd expect
